ESTODA — ESsential Technique of Oriental DAnce

As a Middle Eastern Dance Artist, Hiphop oder Tribal Dancer you are reliant on a clear and systematic technique of body isolation in order to master the standards of these dances. As well for your own dance as for teaching later on this fact is indispensable.

The education in ESTODA will help you to achieve one of the highest leveled technique for yourself. And finally teach you how to impart the technique to others.

1996 Yasmin al Ghazali defined this technique.

The Advantages of ESTODA

  • ESTODA — ESsential Technique of Oriental DAnce is based on a the possibilities of the human body to slide on the three degrees of translation (horizontal, vertical and sagittal) and the other three degrees of rotation (rotation of the horizontal, vertical and sagittal axe). The possibilities of connecting these degrees in number and time enable the humane body to any possible movement in pelvis or thorax.
This system is not new. Many teachers work with similar principles.
  • ESTODA — ESsential Technique of Oriental DAnce offers however a detailed sophisticated implementation of this mechanical system adapted to the body.
  • ESTODA— ESsential Technique of Oriental DAnce is refined consequently since 1996 and constantly adjusted to the latest knowledge in Dance Medicine.
  • ESTODA — ESsential Technique of Oriental DAnce is characterized by the fact that all possible movements of the human musculoskeletal system can be analyzed, detected, refinished and clearly implemented in the own body.
  • ESTODA — ESsential Technique of Oriental DAnce is upon the current basics of Dance Medicine an anatomically defined form of dance technique.
  • ESTODA — ESsential Technique of Oriental DAnce offers besides a best possible and contemporary isolation and dance technique an outstanding didactical mode of teaching.
  • ESTODA — ESsential Technique of Oriental DAnce offers a great basic for any other following and/or simultaneous education in dance.
  • ESTODA — ESsential Technique of Oriental DAnce sees itself at no time as the only valid method of learning Middle Eastern Dance techniques.
  • ESTODA— ESsential Technique of Oriental DAnce strongly recommends to also learn other methods to expand one's repertoire and one's own style and refinement.
