For providing best corrections we recommend to wear tight clothing for legs and torso.
We do not have straight rules concerning colors. However, we repeatedly ascertained that bright clothing is much more sensible to get best corrections than dark ones.
The general recommendation is:
- bright top and slightly darker pants
- slightly darker tops and brighter pants
Like this, the different movements of torso and pelvis are far easier to analyse and to correct.
We therefore urge you to refrain from any kind of rattling belt/hip scarves/sarongs!
You may gladly use them while excercising at home.
